The ERDOX systems are delivered to the site pre-assembled in mounting kit, directly on the nearest truck road.

In fact, the philosophy behind the Erdox solution is to carry out most of the operations in the factory, leaving the minimum of process to the construction phase; tasks of the installation company will simply be to assemble the structures in a few operations, transport them to the installation site, and connect them to the foundations based on the design specifications. Betonform structures are distinguished by very low weights that make it easy to place them at the installation point with the use of the more traditional construction equipment.

ERDOX 2FACE

ERDOX 2FACE (dim. H310x360 cm approx. or H360x310 cm approx. or H200x250 cm approx. or H250x200 cm approx.) represent the quickest and safest solution for the creation of ramparts or berms to be filled with selected dry material of suitable size in the case of hydraulic applications.

CELLA ERDOX CONTRAPPOSTI

It is a metal structure with two rigid retaining faces connected with a tubular profile of variable length, depending on design specifications, and a system of steel cables. It is a metal structure, with light weight, easy to transport and quick to install, even in this conformation.

SELF-SUPPORTING RAMPARTS

Filling may be done directly by mechanical equipment. In this case, the bracing ropes that  connect the two retaining faces have a straight course and therefore do not, considering the size of the elements, constitute an obstacle for the backfilling and compaction with vibrating vehicles. 

CELLA VALLI AUTOPORTANTI

The width at the base of the rampart will clearly be a function of the height of the rampart and the volume the ramp will need to resist the dynamic project loads. Normally, the maximum width of this type of works reaches 6.00 m approx. By design and construction, ErdoX Junior barriers allow the construction of elastic retaining structures capable of adapting to differential failures of the laying surface. CELLA BERME AUTOPORTANTI

This solution is particularly suitable in case there is no possibility of locally sourcing materials of a suitable size for the construction of boulder reefs. Since these works are to be set at a depth ΔH relative to the talweg point (depending on the design return times), the modular conformation of the solution, which does not require excavation for the entire intervention section, turns out to be important.
